As a nurse aide for 10 years, Jenny Li has witnessed the last breaths of many dementia patients at her nursing home in Brooklyn. But the memory she couldn’t have, is of her husband Tony when COVID claimed his life in 2020. Not being allowed to be with him and the distress of her 22-year-old son Donald stretches her grief. Now her patients teach her how to let go.
